Joanie L. Zimmer, Esq.

Joanie has more than two decades of multidisciplinary expertise in escrow services and both commercial and residential underwriting. She began her career in the title insurance and settlement services industry at Chicago Title Insurance Company. For the next decade, she worked at law firms and title companies in Cleveland and Cincinnati, where she developed her marketing and management skills. She also practiced real-estate-focused law as a sole practitioner for six years. In addition to her vast professional accomplishments, Joanie holds memberships with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network/Cleveland Chapter and the Great Lakes Funding Network.
