Jason Hall, Amrock’s VP of National Sales, arrived at NAMB National 2019 ready to answer that question for wholesale lenders that value an optimal process. This year, the conference took place at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Sept 14-16, and Hall was ready to explain that success is more about tactics than a roll of the dice.

The stylist’s chair was a good opportunity for attendees to let their hair down and chat about the issues that bother them, including the need to find faster, more advanced solutions. Hall was unsurprised by the common concerns that wholesale lenders shared.

“Most wholesale lenders want happy clients, faster turn times and reliable vendor performance,” said Hall. “They were glad to know our process was already proven to make a large, national wholesale lender seven days faster on average.”

Hall also gave a presentation at the conference that provided some best practices to those in attendance. One of the many lessons Hall shared is that growing your business means shopping around for the best client experiences and seeing what works.

“Making improvements to your business and the industry at large isn’t about making giant leaps,” said Hall. “It’s about the itty-bitty raises from good to great.”
