Amrock’s Kylie Quetell Gives ATIM Conference Keynote Speech

Amrock EVP of Title and Settlement Services, Kylie Quetell, was invited to give the keynote speech at the 2022 Association for Title Information Management (ATIM) Conference that took place in Napa, California, from June 22 - 24. The nonprofit holds this yearly conference to bring together title and mortgage experts from around the country to discuss the role technology plays in the real estate transaction process and the title insurance industry.

Kylie’s speech, titled “Where Tech and Title Intersect,” opened the conference on an energetic and optimistic note. She explained her philosophy and tactics for cultivating a culture of innovation at Amrock: expand your hiring pool to include a diverse range of talent, allow them to work on pioneering technology, and retain your talent by investing in their development and growth.

“As leaders in the industry, we need to expand the way we think about title,” said Kylie. “The more diverse viewpoints, backgrounds and skill sets we can get in the room, the better.”

Kylie represents the brilliant fintech leaders at Amrock who are leading the title industry into the digital age. Her background as an educator and leader gives her a unique and important perspective that she was able to share with the audience.
